Francesco is one of the founding partners of the Company in 2009. He has a legal background having obtained a degree from the University of Genoa in Insurance and Transportation Law and having spent two years as a trainee in several law firms.
He then worked for thirteen years as a claims executive in a primary P&| brokering Company and as managing director in a P&| correspondence firm. He handles P&l and Defence cases and he is responsible for the commercial promotion of FMC & C.

Enrico is one of the founding Partners of the Company in 2009. Enrico has a legal background. After a degree in Law of the University of Genoa with a final discussion in Marine and Transport Law, he practised and worked with law firms in Italy and abroad. Enrico is specialized in advisory work and contractual disputes related to carriage and yachting. He has ten years experience in supporting shipping companies, agents, NVOCC, air carriers, in land carriers, brokers and/or insurance companies in handling legal and technical issues.
